Chapter Two

ADHD Coaching

Embrace your superpowers. Collaborate with your brain.

II.

You know the feeling of bursts of productivity, creativity, and energy that seem to come from nowhere. You also know the feeling when the motivation just isn't there, and no amount of self-discipline brings you back online.

At 26, I was diagnosed with ADHD — after years of pushing myself through systems that were never built for how my mind works. What I've learned since is that ADHD shapes how you relate to time, motivation, consistency, and your own sense of self.

The hardest part? Everyone learns to cope differently, and the coping mechanisms we picked up early on might now be working against us — even though they're the only tools we've got.

Our work is built entirely around you. I'll share what actually works, help you retire the coping mechanisms that need to go, and help you build new systems that keep you organized while still leaving room for the curiosity and challenge your brain craves.

  • Systems that work with your brain, not against it
  • Coping mechanisms upgraded, not white-knuckled through
  • Room for the curiosity and challenge you crave
